We’ll get ChatGPT to recommend your roofing company more often. Or you don’t pay.

We make roofing companies more visible on ChatGPT and Google.

If, after working with us, ChatGPT doesn’t recommend your roofing company to homeowners more often, you don’t pay our retainer.

Onboarding starts at $2K (one-time fee).
Retainers start at $500 every four weeks.

Free report. Yours to keep, whether you book a call or not.

ChatGPT is sending roofers real customers.

These aren’t BookedSolid client results. They’re roofers describing how customers found them.

We pretend to be
a homeowner in your town
looking for a new roof.

Over 1 billion people use ChatGPT. We help homeowners in your town find your roofing company when they ask ChatGPT who to hire.

Say you're a roofer in Dallas. We'll pretend to be a homeowner in Dallas and ask ChatGPT 100 questions.

Questions like “Who are the best roofers in Dallas?”

We asked ChatGPT: “Who are the best roofers in Dallas?”

One of the 100 answers we saved. This one named seven Dallas roofers. Saved August 14, 2026.

Try it for yourself with your company and your town.

Go ahead and open up ChatGPT.

Pretend to be a homeowner looking to get the roof replaced in your town.

Is your roofing company on the list?

If you’re not on the list, do you know why?

We ask ChatGPT 100 times. So you know the answers you are getting are real.

Your SEO agency
gets paid every month.
What the hell do you even get?

Maybe you’ve already hired an SEO agency.

They had the presentation. The promises. The very confident guy who became considerably harder to reach once you’d paid him.

Now you get a report.

Look at all those arrows going up.

Business must be booming…

Except the report still hasn’t answered your question.

Is this bringing me roofing jobs?

Ask about that, and suddenly you’re getting a lecture on “domain authority.”

Wonderful. Can you pay your crew with “domain authority”?

Most roofing companies spend tens of thousands of dollars and still have no clue what their SEO agency actually did for their business.

Don’t be like most roofing companies…

I’m Ryan. I run BookedSolid.

In one sense, I’m just like every other marketing guy: I want to help grow your roofing company. Partly because I enjoy marketing, but mostly because I want your money.

But in another sense, I run my company in two very different ways.

We're different because we offer performance-based SEO & AEO. Meaning, you only pay our retainer if we get your roofing company to become recommended more often by ChatGPT.

And unlike every marketing person you’ve ever worked with, everything we do is meant to be independently verified by you, your team and/or your AI.

Go ahead and ask your current agency if they do either of these things.

We’ll wait…

Before
Before: basic roofing website with a small photo and brief service list.
A short service list and little roof work to see.
After
After: roof photography, clear services and a roof-check button.
See the roof work and find the next step.

Find out which roofer ChatGPT recommends. Especially if it isn’t you.

Maybe it’s the guy whose work you keep fixing.

Nice to know his marketing is holding up better than his roofs…

Before you even think about spending anything with anyone, including us, let’s start with a clear picture of what you’re up against in your market.

All you have to do is just click the button below.

Request your report by 8 p.m. Pacific and I’ll get to work tonight. It’ll tell us which roofing companies rank in the top 5 on ChatGPT in your town.

But we don’t just open up ChatGPT and run one prompt.

We ask ChatGPT 100 times about hiring a roofer in your town. 10 questions homeowners would ask, 10 times each. And we save every answer for you to verify for yourself.

Your free report shows whether you rank in the top 5 on ChatGPT, how often your company appears in the results, and the screenshots behind them.

I’ll also review your website and Google business profile. Your report includes a few notes on what I find.

And because nobody needs a meeting to receive an email, you can read the report without booking a call with me.

That said, it’s one thing to know where you rank.

It’s another to know what you should do about it.

If you want to know how to improve your ranking (with or without our help), that’s why I offer a free 15 minute call. In that call, I’ll walk you through what I would do if I were in charge of SEO at your roofing company.

Give a homeowner a reason to hire you over the other guy.

Suppose a homeowner looks you up, then checks another roofer.

Both companies replace roofs. Both work in his town. Both offer free estimates.

Great. He’s confirmed that two roofing companies do roofing...

But why in the world should the homeowner choose your company?

Most roofing companies think their online presence answers that question.

It doesn’t.

Which is why we work with you to define everything that makes your roofing company different and impossible‑to‑say‑no‑to for the kinds of homeowner you want to work with.

We do that in a recorded video conversation with you. We ask you things your previous SEO agency never asked you.

Then we turn your answers into pages and videos a homeowner can read or watch before calling. We call it “hired before hello.”

Because that’s how successful roofers win.

A better chance of getting found. A stronger case for getting hired.

Your roofing work can’t win a job if the homeowner never finds you.

That’s why our Google Maps Overhaul starts with the jobs you want more of and the towns you serve.

We choose the Google categories that match the roofing work you do and write clear descriptions of each service. The aim is to help Google match you to homeowners searching for that work.

Then we rebuild the page with the details and real job photos that give those homeowners a reason to call.

Maybe you’ve opened those settings before, realized you needed to learn what half of them meant, and decided to come back later.

Apparently, running a roofing company wasn’t keeping you busy enough.

We handle the research, the decisions and the rebuild. You get the whole before and after, with a record of what changed and why.

Sometimes the marketing plan involves a Little League coach.

Unlike most SEO agencies, we start real relationships in your community on your company’s behalf.

Sponsoring a Little League team is just one example of a service we offer.

This may require a marketing person to have a conversation with another human being.

We’re prepared to take that risk.

You’ll have my number. I’ll know your business.

Getting the founder on the sales call is fine and dandy...

Getting him on the phone after you’ve paid is much more useful.

I’ll work out the plan for your company, review what we produce and talk with you directly. My team handles the writing, building and day-to-day work.

You won’t need to ask your account manager to ask their manager to ask me.

Call, text or email me yourself: 310.489.6360. During the workweek, you’ll get a response within 24 hours.

And if something needs fixing, I’m responsible for getting it fixed.

I’m building a company where I can stand behind everything we do. So when we do talk, I’ll know what’s happening with your account and what we’re doing next.

Budget a year for us, max.
Leave anytime.

No roofing company wants to pay their SEO agency year after year…

SEO agencies have done a fantastic job convincing folks like you that you need to continue paying them.

Whether they intend to or not, most agencies gatekeep the information your roofing company needs to succeed in the long run.

After all, if they told you everything you need to do to run your own SEO, why would you continue paying them?

This is why we do the opposite.

When you hire us, expect to “fire us” exactly one year later.

You plan on growing your roofing company. And we make an assumption with roofers like you.

We assume that, eventually, you will want to bring your marketing in‑house.

So if you are planning on bringing your marketing in‑house someday, why not start planning for that reality today, starting with the next agency you hire?

So what does that actually mean?

We expect you to fire us.

Starting on day one.

And after a year of working with us, we’ll package up everything we do into an SEO playbook so that your team can continue executing without us.

Oh, and we’ll stop billing you. Automatically.

If you insist, and only if you insist, we can continue to work with you under a new year-long engagement. But only if you’re truly not ready to bring your marketing in‑house yet.

When you do leave, know this. Your accounts stay in your name.

You keep the pages, videos and other work we build for you.

All you have to do is remove our access.

You’ve paid to build something for your business.

You shouldn’t have to keep us employed to keep it.

Any separate software or website hosting costs are explained before you agree to them.

I’d like you to stay because you’re happy with the work.

Look who else your agency works for.

There’s nothing quite like finding your competitor on your agency’s client page.

Right beside the paragraph about how committed they are to your success.

With us, you never have to worry about us working with your competitors.

We only work with one roofer per town.

In a big city (like Los Angeles), that's one per agreed side of town (East LA, OC, SGV, etc.).

Either way, we won’t work for your direct competitor down the street.

We put your exclusive service area in writing before you pay.

Your build payment reserves it.

If it’s already taken, you can still get your report and join the waiting list.

We can’t fill next week’s schedule.

If you need more appointments on the calendar next week, don’t hire us. We can’t help you. Hire someone who can help you do paid ads.

Paid ads are great at generating demand quickly.

However, the moment you stop paying for paid ads is the moment your leads stop coming in...

With paid ads, you have to keep feeding the beast. And sadly the beast eats your money.

What we do is different.

Think of it as the difference between renting and owning property.

With paid ads, you pay a premium to rent demand quickly.

With SEO and AEO (search engine optimization and answer engine optimization), you pay a premium to slowly gain long-term ownership of demand.

In my opinion, even if you are currently renting demand with paid ads, you’re eventually going to wish you owned demand in your market.

Which is why our goal is to get your company onto ChatGPT’s top 5 when homeowners in your town ask who to hire.

The pages, videos and proof we build need time to start pulling their weight. Plan in months, not days. This is for the owner who wants a stronger roofing business in 2027 and is ready to start building it the right way now.

But just because SEO and AEO takes months to see results, doesn’t mean we can keep billing you. Our retainer still has to be earned. Like we said earlier, if your roofing company isn't moving up in rank on ChatGPT in your town, you don't pay.

The best time to start the process of owning demand was when you started your roofing company. The second best time to start is today.

If we’re late,
it costs us $200 a day.

You pay for the build upfront.

We pull everything we need from you on a single 30 minute onboarding call.

Once we have everything we need, we have 28 days to finish our build.

If we miss that deadline, we automatically refund $200 of your build fee for every day we’re late.

It's one thing for an agency to say "we deliver on time."

It's another thing for the agency to put their own money on the line.

How we know whether you're moving up or down.

We work on improving your ranking every week.

So how do we know whether or not our work is improving your ranking on ChatGPT? We test it.

Our “100-Ask” test is thorough but simple. We pretend to be a homeowner in your town. We ask ChatGPT 10 questions, 10 times each, using fresh, logged-out sessions.

For every answer that lists your roofing company, you get a point.

Some roofers get a zero. Some score in the 90s.

Your free report is the first test, run before you pay. We test again when the build is finished, then every four weeks, to check whether ChatGPT recommends you more often than it did in that free report.

We ask the exact same homeowner questions every time.

If your company appears in more answers than it did in your free report, you pay our fee.

If it doesn’t, you pay nothing for those four weeks.

We don’t expect you to believe the results of our test blindly. Which is why you get the raw screenshots of every ask to check for yourself.

Open the reporting example

We repeat this process until your roofing company is in ChatGPT’s top 5 in your town.

Sure, we might ask you to be a little patient. But we’ll never charge you for it.

P.S. And once we do get you into the top 5, we do charge to keep you there. Your competitors will be working to knock you out of the top five. Sometimes it takes just as much work to keep you in the top spots as it does to improve your ranking.

Your retainer stops 12 months after the build starts. You keep the work. The written agreement explains the dates and any outside costs.

So what are you waiting for? Just click the button already.

You can find out what we’re like for $500.

That’s way cheaper than discovering it 6 months from now.

For $500, we’ll rebuild your Google business profile around the roofing jobs you want and the towns you serve.

We handle the research, choose the right categories, rewrite your service descriptions and put your real job photos to work.

The goal is to get your roofing company found by more local homeowners and give them a reason to call.

You get the before and afters, plus a record of what we changed and why.

You can hire us for this job and leave it at that. If you do decide to hire us for more, you’ll have something better than a sales pitch to base that decision on.

A few fair questions.

Do I have to book a call to get my report?

No. We email you the report whether you book a call or not. You can read it and check the screenshots yourself.

Is the call a sales pitch?

The first 15 minutes are for your report: what we found, what I’d fix first and how much work is involved.

If you want us to handle it, I’ll ask whether you have another 10 to 15 minutes to hear about our services.

You can say no. You haven’t accidentally booked a timeshare presentation.

Will you tell me what to do to fix my ranking?

In the report, no. If Colonel Sanders gave away his 11 herbs and spices recipe to anyone who liked his fried chicken, KFC would have gone out of business a long time ago. Your free report will show you exactly how often ChatGPT recommends you versus your competitors.

If you want to know how to improve your ranking on ChatGPT, book a free call with me. I’ll walk you through what I would do if I were you. Feel free to go make those fixes yourself. It’s a lot of work. Which is why folks hire us to do it for them.

What if I already have an SEO company?

Let’s look at what they’re doing and what’s missing. Before any work starts, we agree who handles each change and what access we need.

You don’t have to stage an awkward breakup just to get your free report.

How much does the larger service cost?

Onboarding starts at $2K, paid once. The retainer is $500 every four weeks, and you only pay for a four-week period where ChatGPT recommends you more often than it did before. On the call, I’ll recommend the work for your company and put exactly what we’ll do and what it costs in writing before you pay.

What if I want to leave?

You can end the ongoing service at any time. You may still owe a fee for the current four weeks, but only if we earned it under the rules above. There is no retainer after that period.

You keep the work and control of your accounts.

Does the retainer really stop after 12 months?

Yes. Automatically, 12 months after your build starts. You don’t have to remember an anniversary with your marketing company.

You keep what we built, plus an SEO playbook your team can use to keep going without us. Any separate hosting or software costs are explained before you sign up.

If you’re not ready to bring marketing in‑house, we can agree on a new year-long engagement. That’s a separate agreement, not an automatic renewal.

You’ve heard enough
from me.
Let’s ask ChatGPT.

We’ll ask it 100 times who a homeowner should hire in your town.

You’ll see where you rank on ChatGPT, which roofers are in the top 5 and the screenshots behind the results.

I’ll review your company myself, too.

Request your free report by 8 p.m. Pacific and you’ll have it the next morning. Weekends included. After 8 p.m., it arrives one morning later.

Read it first. If you want to talk through what I’d do next, book 15 minutes with me.

On that call, I'll tell you exactly what I would do if I were in charge of SEO at your roofing company.

Service terms

Here’s what we owe you. And what you owe us.

Before you pay, you get a written agreement showing the work, the price, the dates and the area we’ll cover.

I’ll walk you through it. You should understand what you’re buying before you buy it.

You pay for the build upfront.

The build fee is your onboarding. It starts at $2K, paid once, and covers the work listed in your agreement. It’s separate from the retainer for improving and maintaining your ChatGPT ranking.

We’ll email you a clear list of the materials and account access we need before starting. If something is missing, we’ll tell you what it is and help you get it to us.

Once we have those upfront requirements, we have 28 calendar days to finish the build. We confirm your start date and deadline in writing.

If we’re late, it costs us $200 a day.

If we miss that deadline, we automatically refund $200 of your build fee for every calendar day we’re late, up to the full build fee.

The refund is for making you wait. We still owe you the finished work. You get both.

We earn the retainer every four weeks.

Your free report is the starting number: the 100-Ask test we ran before you paid. When the build is finished, we run the test again so you can see what the build did. Four weeks later, we repeat the same homeowner questions and compare the results with your free report. If your free report is more than 60 days old on the day you pay, we run it again before the build starts, at no charge, and that becomes the starting number.

The retainer is $500 every four weeks. You pay it for those four weeks if your company appears in more answers than it did in your free report. You also pay if your company ranks in the top 5 on ChatGPT at the start and end of those four weeks. Both tests cover your agreed area.

If neither happens, you don’t pay our fee for those four weeks.

The fee is charged after the result. We keep working on your ranking each week and repeat the comparison every four weeks.

You get the screenshots behind the results. The upfront build fee remains separate from this payment promise.

For the top-five payment rule, your company must appear in at least one answer in each of the two tests. A tie that puts more than five companies in the top five does not qualify for the retainer. The improvement rule still applies.

If we can’t complete a valid comparison, you don’t pay for that period. We rerun the test, but there’s no catch-up bill for that missed period.

See how we check your ranking

Our retainer stops after 12 months.

The 12 months start on your build start date. Your agreement shows the exact start and end dates. Our retainer stops automatically on that end date.

Any days left after the last full four-week period are included at no extra charge. We keep working until your agreed end date.

You don’t have to remember an anniversary with your marketing company.

At the end of the year, we give you an SEO playbook covering the work we’ve been doing. Your team can use it to keep going without us.

If you’re not ready to bring marketing in‑house, we can agree on a new year-long engagement. That requires a separate agreement. It does not renew automatically.

Any separate hosting or software costs are explained before you sign up. Ending our fee doesn’t cancel services you choose to keep with other providers.

You can end the ongoing service at any time.

You may still owe a fee for the current four weeks, but only if we earned it under the rules above. There is no retainer after that period.

You keep the work and control of your accounts.

Your accounts stay yours. So does the work.

Your accounts stay in your name. You keep the pages, videos and other work we build for you, and you can remove our access.

You’ve paid to build something for your business. You shouldn’t have to keep us employed to keep it.

We agree on your area before you pay.

We take one roofing client per agreed area for ongoing service. Your agreement sets out that area, and your build payment reserves it.

In a smaller market, that can be the whole town. In a larger city, we agree on the neighborhoods or ZIP codes where we’ll focus.

A free report or a standalone Google Maps Overhaul doesn’t reserve an area. If yours is already taken, you can still get the report and join the waiting list.

Extra spending needs your okay.

We put the work included in your package in writing. If we recommend extra work, we explain what it costs before you agree to it.

The same goes for outside costs, such as a local sponsorship. You approve the spending before we make the arrangements.

The $500 Google Maps Overhaul is a separate job.

You pay $500 once. It doesn’t start a retainer or any recurring fee.

Once we have access to your Google profile, your business details and your job photos, we’ll finish the Overhaul in seven days.

You get the complete before and after, plus a record of what changed and why. You keep control of your Google account.

If our work isn’t finished within seven calendar days, we automatically refund your $500. We still finish the work.

Finished means we’ve done the agreed work, submitted the changes and sent you a record of what’s live and what’s pending. If Google is still reviewing a submitted change, we mark it pending and follow through without charging extra.

The larger build has its own 28-day deadline and $200 daily late-build refund.

Your ranking and your roofing jobs are worth tracking.

Our test shows where you rank on ChatGPT. To see what that brings your business, you also need to track the calls and jobs that come from ChatGPT.

We can install that tracking for you if you need it. We’ll agree on the work and any cost before we start.

Ask before you pay.

If something in the agreement is unclear, ask me. Explaining the offer is part of my job.
